ह्याकर बन्ने कोर्स, नेपालमा कहाँ कहाँ हुन्छ पढाइ ?

काठमाडाैं । अहिले विश्वभर साइबर सुरक्षाको चर्चा भइरहेको छ । किनकि हामीले अनलाइनमा समय बिताइरहँदा त्यहाँ अनेकन् पदचाप छाडिरहेका हुन्छौं । जुन निरन्तर बढ्दो क्रममा पनि छ । तर, ठीक अर्को पाटोमा व्यक्ति तथा समूहले आक्रमण पनि गरिरहेका हुन्छन् । जसलाई हामी साइबर आक्रमण भनेर बुझ्छौँ । यस कुराबाट बचाउन साइबर सुरक्षा सम्बन्धी जानकारी भएका जनशक्तिको माग बढ्दो छ । 

त्यस्ता जनशक्ति उत्पादन गर्न विभिन्न शैक्षिक कार्यक्रमहरू पनि सञ्चालनमा छन् । यसले गर्दा स्नातक तहमा आईटी विषय अध्ययन गर्न खोजिरहेका विद्यार्थीका लागि यस्ता कार्यक्रम राम्रो विकल्प हुन सक्छन् ।

नेपालका स्थानीय विश्वविद्यालयले साइबर सुरक्षाको कुनै पनि विशिष्टिकृत (स्पेसलाइज्ड) कार्यक्रम सञ्चालन गरेका छैनन् । विदेशी विश्वविद्यालयहरूबाट सम्बन्धन लिएर निजी कलेजले साइबर सुरक्षाका कार्यक्रम सञ्चालन गरिरहेका छन् । 

आज साइबर सुरक्षा पढाउने तिनै कलेज र पाठ्यक्रमबारे जानकारी दिदैछाैँ:

 

१. द ब्रिटिश कलेज

युनिभर्सिटी अफ द वेस्ट इङ्ल्याण्डबाट सम्बन्धन लिएर द ब्रिटिश कलेजले चार वर्षे (८ सेमेस्टर) ‘बीएससी (अनर्स) साइबर सेक्युरिटी एन्ड डिजिटल फरेन्सिक’ कोर्स सञ्चालन गरिरहेकाे छ । 

४८० क्रेडिट आवरकाे याे काेर्समा डिजिटल फरेन्सिक, इथिकल ह्याकिङ, साइबर अपराधीलाई कानूनी सजाय जस्ता विषयमा विद्यार्थीले ज्ञान पाउँछन् ।

यसमा भर्ना हुन कक्षा १२ मा न्यूनतम ६० प्रतिशत वा २.४ जीपीए ल्याउनु पर्छ । ए लेभलका विद्यार्थीले भने न्यूनतम ३.५ क्रेडिटका साथ तीन ओटा पूर्ण क्रेडिट ल्याउनु पर्छ

कलेजले यो कोर्सको शुल्क १९ लाख रुपैयाँ राखेको छ ।

२. इस्लिङटन कलेज

लण्डन मेट्रोपोलिटन विश्वविद्यालयबाट सम्बन्धनप्राप्त यस कलेजले ‘बीएससी (अनर्स) कम्प्युटर नेटवर्किङ एण्ड आईटी सेक्युरिटी’ कार्यक्रम सञ्चालन गरिरहेकाे छ । याे ३६० क्रेडिट आवरकाे तीन वर्षे कोर्स हाे । 

यसमा भर्ना हुन कक्षा १२ मा न्यूनतम २.२ सीजीपीए वा ५५ प्रतिशत प्राप्ताङ्क ल्याउनु पर्छ । त्यस्तै अङ्ग्रेजी विषयमा न्यूनतम ६० प्रतिशत वा २.४ जीपीए ल्याउनु पर्छ । शुल्क भने १३ लाख ३८ हजार रुपैयाँ ताेकिएको छ ।

बेलायतकाे काेभेन्ट्री विश्वविद्यालयबाट सम्बन्धनप्राप्त सफ्टवेरिका कलेज आईटी एन्ड ईकमर्सले ‘बीएससी (अनर्स) इथिकल ह्याकिङ एण्ड साइबर सेक्युरिटी’ कार्यक्रम चलाइरहेको छ । याे तीन वर्षे (६ सेमेस्टर) ३६० क्रेडिट आवरकाे कोर्स हाे । 

यस कार्यक्रममा भर्ना हुन कक्षा १२ मा न्यूनतम २ जीपीए वा 'ए' लेभलमा न्यूनतम ३.५ क्रेडिट ल्याउनु पर्छ । त्यस्तै शुल्क ११ लाख ९५ हजार रुपैयाँ ताेकिएकाे छ ।

अमेरिकाकाे वेस्टक्लिफ विश्वविद्यालयबाट सम्बन्धनप्राप्त यस कलेजले ‘बीएस आईटी नेटवर्क, साइबर सेक्युरिटी एण्ड इथिकल ह्याकिङ्ग’ कोर्स सञ्चालन गरिरहेको छ । यो तीन वर्षे (६ सेमेस्ट) १२० क्रेडिट आवरको कोर्स हो ।

काठमाडौंस्थित इन्टरनेसनल स्कुल अफ म्यानेजमेन्ट एन्ड टेक्नोलोजी (आईएसएमटी)ले बेलायतकाे सन्डरल्यान्ड विश्वविद्यालयबाट सम्बन्धन प्राप्त गरी ‘बीएससी (अनर्स) साइबर सेक्युरिटी एन्ड डिजिटल फरेन्सिक’ कोर्स चलाइरहेको छ । 

यो तीन वर्षे (छ सेमेस्टर) ३६० क्रेडिट आवरको कोर्स हो । कलेजले गत शैक्षिक सत्रदेखि यो कोर्स चलाउन थालेको थियो । यो कोर्समा ११/१२ मा जुनै विषय पढे पनि विद्यार्थी भर्ना हुन सक्छ्न् । कोर्स पढ्न भने १० लाख ९८ हजार रूपैयाँ शुल्क लाग्छ ।

यो चार वर्षे कोर्स पढ्न भने कक्षा १२ को अन्तिम परीक्षामा ५५ प्रतिशत वा २.४ जीपीए ल्याउनुपर्छ । ‘ए’ लेभलका विद्यार्थीहरूले भने ३.५ क्रेडिट ल्याउनु पर्छ ।

मलेसियाको लिङ्कन विश्वविद्यालयबाट सम्बन्धन लिएर नेस्नल कलेज अफ म्यानेजमेन्ट एन्ड टेक्निकल साइन्स (एनसीएमटी) ले पनि ब्याचलर अफ कम्प्युटर साइन्स (अन्स) मा नेटवर्क टेक्नोलोजी एन्ड साइबरसेक्युरी पढाइ रहेको छ । यो चार वर्षे (आठ सेमेस्टर) १३० क्रेडिट आवरको कोर्स हो ।

यसले विद्यार्थीहरूलाई पछिल्लो समयमा बढ्दो प्राविधिक चुनौतीबारे सामना गर्न, जोखिमहरू न्यूनिकरण गर्न, डिजिटल सम्पत्तिहरूको सुरक्षा गर्न र साइबर आक्रमणहरूबाट बचाउन तयार पार्ने बताइएको छ । 

कलेजमा यो कोर्स जुनसुकै विषय लिएर पनि पढ्न सकिन्छ । तर, प्लस टूमा भने २.० अथवा ४५ प्रतिशत अङ्क ल्याएको हुनु पर्छ । यसका साथै कलेजमा यस कोर्सको शुल्क करिब सात लाख रुपैयाँ रहेको छ ।

१०.  प्रेसिडेन्सियल कलेज

अमेरिकाको वेस्टक्लिफ विश्वविद्यालयबाट सम्बन्धन प्राप्त प्रेसिडेन्सियल ग्राजुएट कलेज, काठमाडौंले आफ्नो कोर्स बीएससी आईटी अन्तर्गत साइबर सेक्युरिटीको विशिष्टकृत पाठ्यक्रम राखेको छ । 

यो चार वर्षे १२० क्रेडिट आवरको कोर्स हो । यो विषय अध्ययन गर्न विद्यार्थीले १२ कक्षा वा सो सरहको तहमा २ जीपीए अथवा ४५ प्रतिशत अङ्क ल्याएको हुनु पर्छ । त्यही कोर्समा तीन वर्षको अध्ययनपछि विद्यार्थी विशेष कक्षाका रूपमा साइबर सेक्युरिटी छान्न पाउने भएका हुन् ।  साइबर दुनियाँको क्षेत्रमा सैद्धान्तिक तथा व्यावहारिक ज्ञान दिन यो कोर्स चलाइरहेको कलेजको भनाइ छ । 

यस साइबर सुरक्षाको विशेष कोर्समा पाँच मोड्युल रहेका छन् भने ती कुल १५ क्रेडिट आवरको छन् । जुन निम्न रहेको छ:
