Kathmandu. Citizens can now directly report government files that remain uncleared during the recently concluded ‘Zero Pending File Week’ by calling the toll-free Hello Sarkar number 1111.
The Office of the Prime Minister and Council of Ministers issued a notice on Wednesday stating that complaints can be lodged both through the hotline and an online portal.
The government had launched the ‘Zero Pending File Week’ campaign in all government offices nationwide from April 13 to April 20, 2026, with the aim of reducing administrative delays and clearing backlogged files.
According to the notice, if files requiring action from federal, provincial, or local government offices are still pending even after the campaign, citizens can directly inform the Prime Minister’s Office.
Complaints can be registered through the ‘Hello Sarkar’ branch by calling 1111 or by submitting details of the pending file and related grievance through the website gunaso.opmcm.gov.np/register.
