Online Exam Form for IOE Engineering Programs Open; Deadline Set for August 7

Kathmandu:The Institute of Engineering (IOE) under Tribhuvan University has opened the online examination form for various undergraduate programs (B.E./B.Arch.). The Examination Control Division has issued a notice requesting students to submit the form by August 7 for exams scheduled to take place in the upcoming month of Bhadra.

The notice applies to regular and part-time students of the first and second year, second section (new curriculum), and third, fourth, and fifth year, first section (old curriculum).

Students must fill out the form online through the ‘Bachelor Level Login’ section at exam.ioe.edu.np.

While completing the form, students are required to upload a recent passport-sized photograph with a plain background and both ears clearly visible, along with their signature.

After submitting the form online, students must pay the prescribed examination fee and submit the payment voucher and confirmation slip to their respective campuses for verification. Campuses are required to verify the form within 24 hours of receiving it.

Students who miss the August 7 deadline can still apply by August 14 by paying a late fee.

If missed even by then, candidates may appear in person at the Examination Control Division by 2 PM on August 18 for a final chance to submit the form, as per the special provision mentioned in the notice.
