Kathmandu: DishHome has urged users who cannot watch the second edition of the Nepal Premier League (NPL) on the DishHome Go app despite paying to contact its support team by phone or email.
The company says the issue will be resolved immediately if users send a screenshot of their payment to the helpdesk.
According to DishHome, users can contact the helpdesk at 01-4217666, 9801155000, or [email protected]. The company says the problem will be fixed within 15 minutes of receiving the call or email.
DishHome Go holds the broadcast rights for the second edition of the NPL. However, many users in Nepal and abroad have complained that they could not watch the matches even after paying the subscription fee.
