नेपालमा कहाँकहाँ पढाई हुन्छ ‘ह्याकर’ बन्ने आईटी कोर्ष ?

काठमाडाैं । पछिल्लाे समय हामी सूचना तथा सञ्चार प्रविधिमा निकै अभ्यस्त भइसकेका छाैँ । हाम्रा लागि यो दैनिकीकाे अभिन्न पाटाे नै भइसकेकाे छ । यसै कारण तपाईँ हामी इन्टरनेटमा थुप्रै पदचिन्हरू छाडिरहेका हुन्छौँ ।
यो सवालमा सुरक्षित हुन निकै महत्त्वपूर्ण हुन्छ । तपाईँ हाम्रा इन्टरनेटका पाइला सुरक्षित छन् कि छैनन् भन्ने कुरामा आफू सचेत हुनु त छँदैछ, सँगसँगै विज्ञहरूले पनि सकेसम्म सूचना तथा सञ्चार प्रविधिलाई सुरक्षित राख्न अनेक काम गरिरहेका हुन्छन् ।
यस्ता विज्ञ बन्ने कार्यका लागि आईटी सेक्युरिटी विषयको अध्ययन आवश्यक पर्छ । स्वअध्ययन गरेर ह्याकर तथा साइबर सुरक्षाकर्मी बन्ने पाटाे त छँदै छ । आईटी सेक्युरिटीकाे क्षेत्रमा आउन चाहनेहरूका लागि कक्षा १२ पछि स्नातक तहमा आईटी सेक्युरिटी विषय अध्ययन गर्नु उपयुक्त विकल्प हुन सक्छ ।
तर नेपालका विश्वविद्यालयहरूले यस्ताे जटिल विषयलाई कम्प्युटरकाे कुनै एक सानाे पाठमा सीमित गराइदिएका छन् । हालसम्म नेपाली विश्वविद्यालयहरूले साइबर सेक्युरिटीलाई कुनै एक छुट्टै कोर्षको रूपमा अध्यापन नगराए पनि केही कलेजहरूले विदेशी विश्वविद्यालयहरूबाट सम्बन्धन लिएर अथवा सहकार्यमा साइबर सेक्युरिटी अध्यापनन गराइरहेका छन् ।
आज हामी तपाईँलाई नेपालमा स्नातक तहमा याे शैक्षिक कार्यक्रम सञ्चालन गरिरहेका केही कलेजहरूको बारेमा बताउँदै छाैँ ।
सफ्टवेरिका कलेज आईटी एण्ड ईकमर्स
बेलायतकाे काेभेन्ट्री युनिभर्सिटीबाट सम्बन्धन प्राप्त सफ्टवेरिका कलेजले आईटी सेक्युरिटीसँग सम्बन्धित काेर्ष बीएससी (अन्स) इथिकल ह्याकिङ एण्ड साइबर सेक्युरिटी सञ्चालन गरिरहेकाे छ । याे तीन वर्षे कोर्ष ३६० क्रेडिट आवरकाे छ ।
यसमा भर्नाका लागि उच्च मावि तहमा न्यूनतम २ जीपीए ल्याएको हुनुपर्छ भने ए लेभलमा ३.५ क्रेडिट आवश्यक पर्छ । यसमा भर्ना हुन ११ लाख ९५ हजार रुपैयाँ लाग्ने गर्छ ।

सफ्टवेरिकाको बीएससी (अन्स) इथिकल ह्याकिङ एण्ड साइबर सेक्युरिटीकाे पाठ्यक्रम
युनिभर्सिटी अफ द वेस्ट इङ्गल्यान्डसँगकाे सहकार्यमा द ब्रिटिस कलेजले आईटी सेक्युरिटीकाे नयाँ काेर्ष सञ्चालन गरिरहेकाे छ । हाल कलेजले चार वर्षे बीएससी (अन्स) साइबर सेक्युरिटी एन्ड डिजिटल फरेन्सिक विषयको अध्यापन गराइरहेकाे छ ।
४८० क्रेडिट आवरकाे यो विषयमा भर्ना हुन उच्च माध्यामिक तहमा ५५ प्रतिशत प्राप्ताङ्क ल्याएकाे हुनु पर्छ । साथै ए लेभलमा कम्तिमा ३.५ क्रेडिटका साथ तीन ओटा विषयमा पूर्ण क्रेडिट ल्याएकाे हुनु पर्दछ । यो काेर्षकाे शुल्क १९ लाख रुपैयाँ राखिएकाे छ ।

लन्डन मेट्रोपोलिटन विश्वविद्यालयबाट सम्बन्धन प्राप्त इस्लिङ्टन कलेजले बीएससी (अन्स) कम्प्युटर नेटवर्किङ एण्ड आईटी सेक्युरिटी विषयको अध्यापन गराइरहेकाे छ । ३६० क्रेडिट आवर रहेको यो विषय ३ वर्षे शैक्षिक कार्यक्रम हो ।
यसमा भर्ना हुन उच्च माध्यामिक तहमा एग्रिगेटेड २.२ सीजीपीए तथा ५५ प्रतिशत प्राप्ताङ्क ल्याएकाे हुनु पर्छ । यो विषय पढ्न १३ लाख ३८ हजार रुपैयाँ खर्च लाग्छ ।

टेक्सास कलेज अफ म्यानेजमेन्ट एण्ड आईटी
मलेसियाकाे लिङ्कन विश्वविद्यालयबाट सम्बन्धन प्राप्त याे कलेजमा नेटवर्क टेक्नाेलाेजी एण्ड साइबर सेक्युरिटी (बीसीए) काे अध्यापन हुन्छ । चार वर्षे याे कोर्ष १३० क्रेडिट आवर्सको रहेको छ ।

नेपालमा उपत्यका बाहिर कमै मात्रामा विदेशी काेर्षहरू पढ्न पाइन्छ । तर फोर्ब्स कलेजले भने उपत्यका बाहिर भरतपुर चितवनमा आईटी सेक्युरिटीकाे काेर्ष सञ्चालन गरिरहेकाे छ ।
युनिभर्सिटी अफ कम्प्युटर साइन्स एन्ड स्किल्स् लोद्ज, पोल्याण्डबाट सम्बन्धन प्राप्त यो कलेजले चार वर्षे बीसीएस (आईटी) इन साइबर सेक्युरिटी एण्ड नेटवर्किङ सञ्चालन गरिरहेकाे छ । यस अगाडि कलेजले ईएचई युरोपेली विश्वविद्यालय युरिका स्विट्जरल्याण्डको उही कोर्ष सञ्चालन गरिरहेको थियो
२४० क्रेडिट आवरकाे यो काेर्षमा भर्ना हुन उच्च माध्यामिक तहमा प्रत्येक विषयमा न्यूनतम डी ग्रेड ल्याएकाे हुनु पर्छ । याे कलेजमा यस काेर्ष अध्ययन गर्न ६ लाख ९५ हजार रुपैयाँ शुल्क तोकिएको छ ।

अमेरिकाकाे वेस्टक्लिफ विश्वविद्यालयबाट सम्बन्धन प्राप्त किङ्ग्स कलेजमा साइबर सेक्युरिटी सम्बन्धी बीएसआईटी नेटवर्क, साइबर सेक्युरिटी एण्ड इथिकल ह्याकिङ विषय पढाई हुन्छ ।
चार वर्षे यो शैक्षिक कार्यक्रम १२० क्रेडिट आवरको रहेको छ । यसमा भर्ना हुन उच्च माध्यामिक तहमा न्यूनतम ५० प्रतिशत भन्दा बढी प्राप्ताङ्क ल्याएकाे हुनु पर्दछ । यसको शुल्क १४ लाख ९५ हजार रुपैयाँ निर्धारण गरिएको छ ।
